Admission Fees and Application Form

Application Fee	QAR500 This is non refundable and paid only once when you submit an application for that academic year
Registration Fee	QAR2,500 This is non refundable paid only once when the child has been accepted for that academic year.
Tuition Fees	Reception: QAR42,000 per year divided into three payments per year which must be paid prior to the end of each term for the following term.
	Years 1-6: QAR44,000 per year divided into three payments per year which must be paid prior to the end of each term for the following term.
	Years 7-9: QAR49,500 per year divided into three payments per year which are paid for in the beginning of each term.
Other services	Transport, drinks, meals, specialist sports training and music tuition etc. are extras which are paid for in arrears at the end of each term
Due Dates for payment of tuition fees for the next three terms:	Autumn 2011: 16 June 2011 Spring 2012: 8 December 2011 Summer 2012: 22 March 2012

Capital Fee	Parents should note that Sherborne Qatar expects to begin work on building its permanent school premises within the next 12 months. When this work begins a Capital Fee will be charged. The actual fee has not yet been set. We will give parents a full term's notice prior to the Capital Fee becoming effective.

Once you have accepted a place at Sherborne Qatar payment of the non-refundable registration fee and non refundable advance half term tuition fee must be paid to secure the place. That advance tuition payment will be deducted from the first term tuition fees.

Tuition fees are inclusive of exercise books and the loan of textbooks. The Academic year is divided into three terms and you must pay the fees prior to the end of each term for the following term.
