We greatly appreciate your cooperation throughout the admissions process, and we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to welcome your child into the vibrant Sherborne Qatar family of schools.
During the application process, you will be asked to upload the following documents:
- Copy of the child's immunisation record .
- Copy of the child's passport (and Qatar ID*) – identification pages only. If the Qatar ID is not available at the time of application, it must be provided as soon as it is acquired.
- Copy of each parent's passport (and Qatar ID*).
- Child’s birth Certificate for Qatari pupils applying for the MoE voucher.
- Copy of the child's most recent school report.
- EYFS Questionnaire for Pre-School and Reception class applications.
Please ensure that all documents submitted are in PDF format for optimal compatibility. We kindly request that you name each file appropriately, indicating its content clearly.
Once we receive your completed application, a dedicated member of our Admissions Team will promptly reach out to you to discuss the next steps in the process.
We understand that some applicants may be applying from overseas, and we want to reassure you that it is acceptable to submit the application without the Qatar ID. However, it is essential to note that the child must obtain the Qatar ID before their first day at school.
For Qatari pupils who intend to apply for the MOE vouchers scheme, please include a copy of their birth certificate along with the application.
Additional Notes
Year 10
If your child is applying for Year 10 at the Senior School or School for Girls, we kindly request that you complete and return the I/GCSE options form.
Year 12
For applicants seeking admission to Year 12, please complete and return the Sixth Form options form.
