A National Honour for Sherborne Qatar School for Girls
We are proud to celebrate one of our most significant achievements to date: our pupil, Laura Ibrahim Daher, was awarded the Gold Medal - Outstanding Student (Preparatory Stage) at the 19th Qatar Education Excellence Award.
Recognised by His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, this award represents one of the highest academic distinctions in the State of Qatar. To achieve this honour is extraordinary, it reflects Laura’s exceptional academic performance, leadership, intellectual curiosity and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Her success is also a testament to the strength of our teaching and the supportive, ambitious learning environment we cultivate at Sherborne Qatar School for Girls. This recognition stands as a moment of national pride for Laura and her family, and for our entire school community.

Our annual Commemoration event is a cherished part of Sherborne Qatar School for Girls.
