We understand that families may relocate to Doha throughout the year, and we are pleased to accept pupils at most times during the academic year.
However, it's important to note that all schools in Qatar adhere to the regulations set by the Ministry for Education and Higher Education of the State of Qatar.
If these regulations are likely to impact your child's entry at the time of your application, we will provide you with the necessary guidance and advice.

Pre-School and Reception pupils have a staggered start / shorter day initially. Parents will be notified of their child’s schedule.
Parents of pupils in the examination years (Years 11, 12 & 13) must note that some external examinations will be held on Fridays, during Ramadan & national holidays and may continue up to 1st July 2025. You should avoid committing to travel arrangements during these times.
Sherborne Qatar reserves the right to make amendments to dates as and when necessary and will endeavour to give as much notice as possible.

For Pre-School and Reception pupils, we implement a staggered start or shorter day initially to facilitate a smooth transition. Parents will be promptly informed of their child's specific schedule to ensure a comfortable adjustment period.
Parents of pupils in the examination years (Years 11, 12 & 13) should take note that certain external examinations will be scheduled on Fridays, during Ramadan, and national holidays. These examinations may continue until the 28th of June 2024. We kindly request that you refrain from making any travel arrangements during these periods to avoid conflicts.
Please be aware that Sherborne Qatar reserves the right to make adjustments to dates when necessary. Rest assured, we will make every effort to provide ample notice for any changes that may arise.
